We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales/Business Executive to join our dynamic team at Capstone Insurance Group. This commission-only position with opportunity for bonuses, is ideal for driven professionals who thrive in a high-stakes environment and are skilled at converting opportunities into tangible results. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our client base, maximizing sales opportunities, and contributing to our agency’s success. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in commission-based roles.

Job Description:

Position Title: Sales/Business Executive

Location: Coon Rapids

Job Type: Full-Time, Commission Only

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and close deals in the insurance sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and renewals.

- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive products, adapting sales techniques and strategies accordingly.

- Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients by understanding their needs and offering products that best meet those needs.

- Regularly meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success.

- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, sales strategies, and market insights.

- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, outcomes, and business conversions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a commission-based sales role, preferably in the insurance industry or a related financial services field.

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and persistence, with a high tolerance for risk and rejection inherent to commission-only positions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a disciplined approach to managing sales pipelines and client relationships.

- Knowledge of current insurance legislation, trends, and the competitive landscape is highly desirable.
